HouseDiary ("we," "our," or "us") is a home management application operated by FCExG, Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the HouseDiary mobile application and website at myhousediary.com ("the Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. We use this to authenticate you and personalize your experience.

Home & Property Data

To provide the Service, we store information you enter about your home, including:

• Home details (address, year built, square footage, property type)
• Assets and appliances (name, model, serial number, purchase date)
• Maintenance schedules and reminders
• Service event history and vendor contacts
• Utility accounts and bill records
• Documents and photos you upload (warranties, manuals, inspection reports)

This data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure and is used solely to provide your home management dashboard.

Usage Data

We may collect basic app usage information (such as feature interactions and crash reports) to improve the Service. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking SDKs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the HouseDiary Service
• Send maintenance reminders and notifications you configure
• Generate your Home Health Score and AI-powered home insights
• Respond to support requests
• Process subscription payments (via Stripe)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your home data for advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase, a SOC 2-compliant backend platform. Documents and photos are stored in private, access-controlled storage buckets — they are not publicly accessible. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate HouseDiary:

• Supabase — Database, authentication, and file storage
• Stripe — Subscription billing and payment processing
• Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) — In-app notifications

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

6. Your Rights & Data Control

You may at any time:

• Access or update your account information through the app Settings
• Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us (see below)
• Export your data by contacting our support team

Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data and home records from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
